Benchmarking & Data Collection
The Challenge: California Independent School Business Officer’s Association (Cal-ISBOA) wanted to collect data from its 250 member schools for peer benchmarking on financial sustainability, faculty compensation and other metrics.
Deliverables: Measuring Success designed a reporting system with the end user in mind. We built surveys for finance and faculty compensation that would enable users to input data confidentially, coded for auto summation.

The Approach: After consulting with Cal-ISBOA, Measuring Success created the reporting systems that not only allow users to input the data confidentially, but they can also review and download their information to use in other places where the data needs to be reported. Members can also compare how their schools are doing in the marketplace.
