The Challenge: Palm Beach Day School is a pre-primary through grade 9 day school with two campus locations in Palm Beach, Florida. They sought a data-driven approach to strengthening their enrollment pipeline.

Deliverables: Measuring Success provided admissions benchmarking data, a lookalike model of current PBDA families, a targeted prospect list ranked to match the lookalike model (broken out by geographic area), prospective families survey and analysis, market segment analysis, value proposition statements for use in marketing materials and an enrollment growth plan.

The Approach: After the initial consult with PBDA, Measuring Success used data analytics to identify under-enrolled market segments, community perceptions of the school through prospective family surveys, current family perceptions of the school and how to combine these data points into targeted marketing and communications.
